Throughout his career working alongside nonprofit leaders, Brian saw the same challenge repeatedly. Organizations worked hard to raise funds but lacked the strategic infrastructure needed to grow.

Grant proposals were written without a long-term pipeline. Donor relationships were not tracked in consistent systems. Development work competed with the many other responsibilities nonprofit leaders already carry.
